The location is very central, close to souvenir shops, Interlaken West train station, and within walking distance of Interlaken West train station and the city center. the breakfast is amazing with a variety of options available catering to every taste, including a delicious cappuccino.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location was great, very close to the train station and local shops/commercial services. The room was spacious and clean, with good amenities such as air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The staff was professional and friendly, though they could be more proactive on our request. We loved the breakfast, which had a good variety of items, and the restaurant area had some nice views.

convenient location near the railway station and shopping street is all we liked
Inspite of our request while booking, the smoking room was not provided. The reception staff was not friendly. For each and every thing there are written penalties including if your bathroom drain chokes due to a blockage in their sever line. The quality of accomodation provided was of 1 star standard. Overall a bad experience.
